Principal's Message

Reutter School Family,

I would like to thank you for your participation in the different activities over the past couple of weeks.  Your attendance at our Parent-Teacher Conferences, the Halloween Parties, and the Annual Parent Visitation Day demonstrate your commitment to your child's education and the successful academic-based focus of our school.  We enjoy having families interact within our school in order to create an overall positive school climate.  In order to continue to maintain an open home-school relationship, I encourage you to please join us on the evening of November 19 at 7 PM for a PTO and Parent Advisory Committee Meeting (PAC).  We will have an open forum discussion about many aspects of our school during the meeting.

Our teachers are continuing to provide intriguing lessons that engage our students everyday within their classrooms.  Whether it is the literature discussion of a reading selection in ELA class, completing a problem based-learning task in math, to mastering the playing of a new scale in our instrumental lessons, our phenomenal faculty and staff strive for the academic success of all of our students in all academic aspects of our school.

A way to commend an outstanding teacher or educational support professional who is making a difference within our school is through the nomination process within the New Jersey Department of Education's Governor's Educator of the Year (GEOY) program.  The Township of Franklin Public School District would like to recognize one teacher from each school, as well as one educational services professional from the district, as a recipient of a 2019-2020 "Educator of the Year" award.
