Principal's Message

Parents wishing to wait until 7:15 AM to drop off their children are asked to park in our new parking lot.  This will allow parents choosing a “drop-and-go” approach to utilize the outer lane of the circular driveway in an efficient manner.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Dear Reutter School Family,

I hope that you had a wonderful holiday season.

It is my distinct honor each academic year to present the Teacher of the Year Award to a deserving faculty member at Reutter School.  I would like to congratulate Mr. John Stagliano for being selected as the Reutter School Teacher of the Year and Mrs. Lisa Waechter for being selected as the district’s Educational Support Specialist of the Year!  Both are phenomenal educators and well-deserving of this distinction.

Reutter School was very busy over the past month from its award-winning service learning program to creating a festive school environment for the winter holiday season.  Please take a look at a sample of our events from the month of December on the following pages of our newsletter.

As we come back for the second half of the school year, we will devote additional attention in academic preparation to the upcoming state assessment that is scheduled for April/May.   (Most) students will receive additional instruction in Math and ELA during their enrichment time focusing on effective general test-taking practices and reviewing content presented during the first semester of the school year.

I look forward to an excellent second half of this school year.

Educationally Yours,

Mr. Theodore Peters
