Through a collaborative effort between the NJ Department of Education and the NJ Department of Homeland Security, the Township of Franklin Public Schools has received and deployed "bleed kits" into all of their schools and facilities.
Bleed Kits are designed to provide the user with immediate access to products intended to stop traumatic hemorrhaging.
